Terms of Service for Luxoria

Welcome to Luxoria, your premier destination for Luxury Apartment Selection at luxoriastop.vip. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and services provided by Luxoria. Please read them carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, effective January 1, 2026.

1. Services

Luxoria offers personalized luxury apartment selection and booking assistance. Appointment scheduling is confirmed once payment is received. To cancel or reschedule a service, please refer to Section 5 below. A non-refundable booking fee applies once the search process has commenced.

• Full reimbursement if cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• 50% reimbursement for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to service start.
• No reimbursement for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

2. Information Products

Luxoria may offer digital guides, market insights, and premium reports. Due to their digital nature, all reimbursement requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to any download or access. Once any portion of an information product has been accessed or downloaded, no reimbursement is available.

3. Physical Goods

Any physical merchandise purchased through Luxoria must be sent back in original condition. You may request a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. All shipping costs for sending the item back are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, Luxoria will reimburse the original purchase amount.

4. Refunds and Reimbursements

To request a reimbursement, please submit your request through our Contact Us form. All reimbursement requests are processed within 14 business days from receipt. Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Luxoria reserves the right to deny any request that does not comply with these Terms.

5. Rescheduling

For any scheduled service, you may request a one-time reschedule without additional fee if the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment. Rescheduling requests made after this period may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

6. Modifications to these Terms

Luxoria reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on luxoriastop.vip with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
